We have a full range of skips, for supply on demand. Prices are based on a level load and for anything up to one week.
Skips must be paid for ON delivery.
Skip Bags
Skip bags are an affordable and practical waste removal solution for small tasks.
They are a convenient and lightweight option for the easy disposal of waste generated by household or garden/shed clearances or simple renovations and DIY projects.
Skip bags are extremely durable.
Once unpacked, a typical skip bag has a volume of 1 cubic yard and will carry up to 1 tonne of household or garden waste. Two skip bags will hold the same quantity as a mini skip which is the smallest conventional skip for hire.
Once your project is complete and your skip bag is filled, you simply call Mark Skip Hire & Recycling and we will collect your skip bag and dispose of the contents.
We are licensed Waste Carriers and also NIEA APPROVED so you can rest assured that your waste will be disposed of responsibly and legally at our Waste Transfer Station in Kilkeel, County Down.
The bag itself will then be recycled.
Skip Bags can be used to dispose of general household waste such as wood, metal, green waste, rubble, plasterboard, plastic, paper and cardboard and also waste from smaller DIY projects.
You cannot put into a skip bag hazardous or harmful materials such as asbestos, any liquids, anything explosive (such as gas canisters), fluorescent tubes, tyres, paint, oil or medical waste. If in doubt about whether a waste item can be placed in your skip bag, please contact us.

However, there are cases where a skip bag won’t be suitable for the amount of waste that needs to be removed. In this instance, we would suggest hiring a skip or using our Man With Van Service.

We must emphasise that under NO circumstances should a fire be started in a skip and that waste must NOT exceed the top of the skip walls.
